The Walt Disney Company has invited applications for the post of Senior Executive-Hotstar Credit & Compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Reporting Requirements: Preparing MIS, Dashboards, Collections, APAC reporting and reports for revenue reporting’s. Additionally, ensure adherence to Compliance timelines.
- Ensure adherence to Controls and Compliances, Corporate Governance policy and other policies prior to executing the sales deals.
- Analyze Systems reports, delivery data, trackers report from various ad servers and prepare reports to check revenue risk management and related decisions.
- Monitoring of day-to-day activities such as client issues in revenue/invoicing, documents, reports, and other compliance/finance related functions and share abstract to stakeholders.
- Analyze Release order, Deal Grids and Agreements. Liaise with Statutory and internal auditors to ensure timely provision of data and successful resolution of queries.
- Serve as internal expert on platform and liaise across various teams to always provide the sales teams with best of insights to engage and close deals with clients of specific verticals along with ensuring seamless process for executing sales deals.
- Handling Ad-hoc request and data preparations for agency incentives and resolution of queries.
- Preparing MIS, analyze data, Bank reconciliation open items, checking Release order with payment advance received, and assisting for reporting requirements.
- TDS reconciliations and closures, TDS certifications recording, MIS data and closure with tax and finance teams.
- Analyze reports and prepare reports to check revenue risk management and related decisions.
Qualifications:
- Graduate/CA (inter)
- OTT, Tech (SAP, ERP software’s etc.) and Finance Knowledge
