The Vi invited applications for the post of AGM-Indirect Tax.
QUALIFICATIONS
- CA/LL.B or both
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Indirect taxes such as GST, Service Tax, VAT, Entry tax, Local Body taxes in any Big 4, law firm or large company
- Thinks laterally and creatively, anticipates developments, proposes innovation
- Potential to arrive at sound judgement to solve problems
- Good inter-personal and communication skills
- A self-starter, able to use own initiative, spot opportunities, and drive tax efficient business decisions
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Indirect tax head on providing tax advisory
- Vet the business agreements
- Manage various indirect tax investigations
- Litigation and facilitate closure of the same
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Legal counsels and tax consultants and ensuring timely and accurate tax compliances.
