Responsibilities:
- Develop and support execution of a comprehensive group-wide sustainability strategy aligned with corporate goals and sector-specific priorities.
- Create detailed sustainability action plans and track progress toward key milestones and objectives.
- Collaborate with businesses to operationalize sustainability strategies, offering tailored guidance, best practices, and promote group synergy through lighthouse projects
- Drive climate policy and govt. engagement through advocacy by engaging with industry associations, Govt. stakeholders, standard setting institutions, etc
- Engage with investors (for ESG queries) and ESG rating agencies (DJSI, CDP, Sustainalytics, etc.) for disclosures
- Support senior leadership to represent the company at global sustainability forums (e.g., World Economic Forum, United Nations) to enhance its sustainability brand and global presence.
- Engage with the climate-tech ecosystem to build understanding partner with and procure innovative climate solutions to enable green transition
- Provide in-depth analysis of global trends, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic developments to guide sustainability initiatives across the group
- Provide data-driven insights and analysis to senior leadership, supporting informed decision-making on sustainability matters.
- Foster collaboration within the sustainability team and across business units, ensuring alignment and shared learning throughout the organization.
