The Flipkart invited applications for the post of Deputy General Manager - Finance Operations.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA with 8-10 years in Finance Operations
• Excellent knowledge of finance processes- R2R, P2P, O2C
• Relevant experience in E commerce/ Travel industry
• Working Knowledge in NAV/Oracle/SAP
• Demonstrated expertise in managing report updates for management reviews

Responsibilities

• Strong management accounting and operational finance knowledge
• Manage Revenue, billing, Revenue recognition, Expense, Fixed Assets, Payments- Category and Non-Category
• Governance and compliance including SOX, ICOFR controls etc
• Optimization/transformation opportunities with Finance processes (especially R2R)
• Reconciliation of accruals Vs actual revenue, Ageing schedule of customers, MIS reporting, forecasting etc
• Manage the month end activities which include closing of sub ledgers, general ledger account reconciliations, reporting and balance sheet account analysis.
• TCS GST compliance and reimbursements
• Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability and propose appropriate actions
