The Hitachi invited applications for the post of Controlling & Planning CoE Analyst.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in finance and accounting or professional Qualifications ( CA or CMA or MBA finance ).
• Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in Controlling and Planning and controlling level.
• Proven Process Management knowledge and experience ( e.g., finance process modelling, Business Process Management ).
• Proficient in MS Office, incl. Excel, Power Point, good understanding of IT systems: ERP, knowledge in SAP - FICO module, Planning & Reporting tools and integrated solutions. Fluent in English and good communication skills mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive the execution of continuous process improvements.
• Ensure process management, standardization and innovation.
• Participate in regular process performance validation in order to enable KPI based process performance steering.
• Manage key process stakeholder’s interactions.
• Review the key identified process inefficiencies and misalignments vs. the Process Standards.
• Month end GL review, provision calculations and accounting.
• Analytical review of Balance sheet and P&L accounts.
• Account reconciliations.
• MIS reports and dashboard preparation.
• Cost Center review.
• Absorption analysis.
