Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/ CA/ Engineering/ MBA.
• Black Belt Certification is required.
• 10+ years of work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in process improvements and/or project management.
• Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Transformation, innovation and/or design thinking Certifications are a plus.

• Responsibilities

• Applies Lean Six Sigma and equivalent methodologies to find and implement E2E process improvement that will bring value for Finance & HP.
• Manages projects execution from initiation to closure.
• Manages stakeholder relationships from project/program perspective.
• Participates & leads Global, Regional or Center initiatives.
• Actively leads executive forums and workshops at PAN HPI level.
• Coaches and Mentors others on Six Sigma/ Transformation framework.
