Qualifications
- Degree in Finance/ CA/ Engineering/ MBA.
- Black Belt Certification is required.
- 10+ years of work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in process improvements and/or project management.
- Project Management (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Transformation, innovation and/or design thinking Certifications are a plus.

- Responsibilities
- Applies Lean Six Sigma and equivalent methodologies to find and implement E2E process improvement that will bring value for Finance & HP.
- Manages projects execution from initiation to closure.
- Manages stakeholder relationships from project/program perspective.
- Participates & leads Global, Regional or Center initiatives.
- Actively leads executive forums and workshops at PAN HPI level.
- Coaches and Mentors others on Six Sigma/ Transformation framework.
