Responsibilities:
- Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd and its investors/equity analysts to ensure effective communication and understanding.
- Operational & Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis not only for Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd but also for its competitors, providing key insights and recommendations.
- Preparation of Decks: Develop compelling presentation decks for road shows, investor meetings, and other strategic events.
- Investor Outreach: Coordinate and facilitate investor meetings, fostering relationships and promoting a positive image of the company.
- Quarterly Analyst Meetings: Organize and manage quarterly meetings with analysts, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
- Maintaining Databases: Manage investor database and shareholding reports to keep accurate records and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure Compliance: Update the secretarial team on all investor meetings and activities to maintain transparency and regulatory compliance.
