Responsibilities:
- As the Head of MRV AFS Finance & Accounts at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd, you will be responsible for a wide range of key deliverables including accounts closing, financial budget finalization, compliance management, legal drafting, MIS preparation, and IT dashboard development. Your role will involve coordination with various departments, monitoring of expenses, and ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Experience
- The ideal candidate for this position should have 8 to 12 years of experience in the finance and accounting field, with a strong background in handling diverse accounting activities. Experience in managing procurement processes, legal agreements, income tax matters, and MIS reporting will be highly valued.
Industry Preferred
- We prefer candidates with experience in the automotive, OEM, and heavy machinery industries, particularly in internal audit functions. However, we are also open to professionals with similar industry backgrounds who can bring valuable insights and expertise to our finance and accounts division at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
