The Mahindra Invited applications for the post of Deputy General Manager- Finance and Accounts.

Qualifications

• CA/ICWAI - MBA or Tech qualification & SAP Knowledge will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of Company Accounts, Accounting standards, SAP
• Clear understanding of GST, Income tax etc
• Prior experience in Controller activites
• Analytic skills and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience: 8-12 years

Responsibilities

• Accounts closing and TB related activites: Finalisation of Accounts for all R & D profit centres.,Co ordination for Statutory Audit; Ensuring IFCR control manager adherence
• Budget finalisation & Monitoring : Revenue Budget finalisation; Quarterly estimates, WBS release monitoring; coordinate with users, scrutiny & summarization of proposals, coordination of approval.
• Ensure adequate compliances in Procurement to pay process
• Provide assistance in legal drafting of Consultancy Agreements – discussion with project team, foreign consultant and resolving commercial conditions/ taxation / other legal issues such as IPR, Arbitration, Cancellation, Conflict Resolution etc
• Preparation and submission of meaningful MIS; Review of expense MIS, Close follow up with depts on time sheet filling
• Ideation and coordination of IT dash board development, automation of process, documentation of various internal process, ensure appropirate internal controls etc.
• Income tax; Assisting in Transfer pricing return filing; Income tax assessment related information
