Qualifications
- CA/ICWAI – MBA or Tech qualification & SAP Knowledge will be added advantage.
- Knowledge of Company Accounts, Accounting standards, SAP
- Clear understanding of GST, Income tax etc
- Prior experience in Controller activites
- Analytic skills and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Experience: 8-12 years
Responsibilities
- Accounts closing and TB related activites: Finalisation of Accounts for all R & D profit centres.,Co ordination for Statutory Audit; Ensuring IFCR control manager adherence
- Budget finalisation & Monitoring : Revenue Budget finalisation; Quarterly estimates, WBS release monitoring; coordinate with users, scrutiny & summarization of proposals, coordination of approval.
- Ensure adequate compliances in Procurement to pay process
- Provide assistance in legal drafting of Consultancy Agreements – discussion with project team, foreign consultant and resolving commercial conditions/ taxation / other legal issues such as IPR, Arbitration, Cancellation, Conflict Resolution etc
- Preparation and submission of meaningful MIS; Review of expense MIS, Close follow up with depts on time sheet filling
- Ideation and coordination of IT dash board development, automation of process, documentation of various internal process, ensure appropirate internal controls etc.
- Income tax; Assisting in Transfer pricing return filing; Income tax assessment related information
