MBA, B-Tech / B.Eng./CA from premier institutes
Your key responsibilities
- Analyse spend and transaction data on Contractual Manpower categories like white/blue collar manpower etc
- Value stream mapping of various process, gap analysis, root cause analysis, idea generation, solution designing and implementation
- Operate program office to deliver as per set plan. Prepare dashboards and regular reports to the steering committee on individual workstreams, cost savings, and other KPIs
- To study competition, market trends, industry trends, regulatory aspects and macroeconomic parameters specific to Contractual Manpower and provide periodic inputs to businesses/sectors
- To be the catalyst for new technology trends
- Domain knowledge of Contractual Manpower category i.e. white/blue collar manpower
- Problem solving capabilities, analytical skills and logical reasoning abilities.
- Project management skills
- Understanding of key Contractual Manpower trends
- Understanding of strategic aspects of business, global business environment.
- Ability to put together high quality presentations
- Interpersonal and stakeholder management
