• Qualified CA/CMA/MBA finance professional with at least 11 years of FP&A experience

Responsibilities

• Provide expert finance support to the inventory optimization program hand in hand with Inventory CoE and Inventory Managers.
• Central point of contact for financial topics for Business & Region inventory.
• Able to work in Agile and dynamic environment with an ability to handle pressure
• Track KPIs/Daily Management performance and create management reports.
• Drive a deeper understanding of Business inventory performance owning transformation , business requirements and delivery strategy.
• Drive ( Co-drive ) on E2E Transformations that impact inventory.
• Support the inventory CoE on the Inventory Planning and Performance across Philips
• Team up with various key stakeholders on inventory results and solving inventory related issues
• Initiate process improvements in the inventory domain.
• Team up with our analytics team to identify new insights on performance and future opportunities
• Design, Develop and roadmap for Inventory Analytics ( Data and tools strategy )
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process optimization, automation, and technological advancements in inventory management.
