Qualification
- Qualified CA/CFA/ICWA/ MBA finance with 2+y ears of experience in Finance & Accounting
- General ledger experience
- Significant experience in preparing end to end reconciliation, SEC and Regulatory reporting, preparation of Financial Statements
- Knowledge of US GAAP, particularly Accounting for Loans

Job Expectations:
- Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting or Risk Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Control focused, knowledge of controls around reconciliations, Journal entries and Financial Reporting
- Liaise and effectively present owned processes to auditors, other teams
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Advanced Microsoft excel skills
- Ability to trace and investigate transactions to resolve questionable data and apply corrective actions when necessary

- 6+ months of Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting or Risk Reporting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Responsibilities
- Provide support for financial accounting related matters for lines of business and control functions
- Review basic activities associated with maintaining ledger accounts, financial statements and regulatory reports
- Gather financial data for financial and regulatory reports
- Review data from the general ledger, unit reports and various financial systems to ensure accuracy
- Receive direction from managers and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of financial control functions in accordance with the company’s internal control policies
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
