KPMG Global Services is hiring CA/CPA/ACCA qualifiers for the role of Associate Director in the Statutory Accounting team at their Gurgaon, Haryana branch. Candidates with 9 to 12 years of experience are required.

Job Description

Working as an Associate Director in this team, your responsibilities will include:

Managing a team of staff to execute on client engagements and US / ROW practice development initiatives related to technical accounting, transaction advisory, and Finalization of Statutory Accounts under IFRS and US GAAP across industries.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing Statutory Accounts under IFRS and US GAAP across industries.
• Reviewing Reporting GAAP to Local Conversion – Recognition, and measurement (including disclosures) across industries.
• Interacting and solving client and auditors’ queries.
• Working directly with the onshore engagement team on a daily basis to deliver work to onshore clients;
• Managing a team of staff to support the engagement delivery and managing staffing resource decisions as required for the engagement

Education and Experience required

• Qualified CA/CPA/ACCA and minimum of Bachelors’ degree in Accounting with first division (60%)
• 9 – 12 years of post-qualification experience along with strong Articleship experience from a mid-size or a Big 4 firm in case of CA
• Experience with Big 4/leading Advisory firms or their shared service center would be preferred
