RMS is hiring CA qualifiers for the role of Senior Accountant at their New Delhi branch. The candidates are expected to have at least 3 to 4 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Able to work with the build-out of a local offshore team supporting the transactional, reporting, and analysis needs of a global software business.
- Work with the COE Accounting Manager to assist with “standardizing” Offshore processes
- Work with the preparation of process scoping documents with relevant stakeholders and work efficiently to ensure the transition plan of the processes to COE is sustainable and successful
- Build solid working relationships with stakeholders.
Key Skills Required
- Oracle, SAP, Hyperion and Blackline experience preferred
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Ability to work accurately, Independently, Timely and in a punctual manner
- Prior experience of performing account reconciliations, preferably in the offshoring model.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
- Cultural Diversity (significant US interaction).
- Team player
- Process transition experience (Desired)
- Big 4 public accounting experience preferred
Educational Qualifications
- Com/MBA/M.Com/CA (Inter) with at least 3-4 years of experience
