Job Descriptions
- Develop valuation models of varying complexities for international entities of differing sizes operating across a diverse range of industries.
- M&A merger modeling to project-specific mergers or acquisitions effects including accretion/dilution analysis.
- Writing overall valuation report including valuation analysis, company overview, industry overview, and economic overview.
Skills Required
- Sound knowledge of business valuation and corporate finance concepts. I should be able to conduct research on the industry and analyze financial statements.
- Knowledge of business valuation concepts including DCF, trading comps, and precedent transactions.
- Experience with detailed 3 statement forecasting and multiple scenario analysis.
- Knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, CapIQ, Reuters, FactSet, and Mergermarket.
- Valuation experience with venture capital-backed growth stage companies and mid-market companies for US GAAP and tax regulations will be an advantage.
- Experience of working on valuation assignments for tax & financial reporting in reputed professional services & firm will be preferable.
- Relevant experience in financial advisory services primarily in the areas of business valuation, intangible asset valuation, cheap stock options valuation for VC backed companies/ ESOP valuation will be an advantage.
