The ABB invited applications for the post of FP&A Analyst - Asst Manager ( Product Costing ).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance CA/CPA, master’s in Finance / Business Administration
• At least 10+ years of experience in FP&A, project Finance and leadership experience of running big teams and 6+ years of people manager experience required
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a global or multinational organization
• Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for conveying complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
• Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis and forecasting
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning ( ERP ) systems and financial software ( SAP, Power BI, etc )

Responsibilities

• Managing team of people and hold overall accountability for execution of processes, planned tasks and projects setting individual and team goals
• Establishing clear roles and responsibilities within the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Being in line with the overall vision of the COE and expansion plans and timelines, assisting in migration of work into COE
• Taking the responsibility for financial analysis delivery by managing a team that executing accurate and timely controlling tasks in compliance with specifications, guidelines and procedures
• Supporting the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, forecasting, validating the accuracy of financial data and business information and reports
• Providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing presentations of findings and recommendations
• Optimizing the team’s performance to increase productivity by promoting automated solutions, eliminating duplications, coordinating requirements
• Ensuring that the processes and controls performed by the team are designed and implemented in line with group and unit requirements
