Amazon has invited applications for the post of Finance Manager.


• CA, CPA or CWA, with 15+ or more years of relevant Finance and/or Operational experience. Experience in running Operational Quality teams would be an added advantage
• Excellent program management skills with an ability to influence to meet goals
• Strong presentation and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build effective partnerships with senior leaders across a variety of groups throughout Amazon
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate business processes
• Experience with complex problem solving using Lean / Six Sigma techniques desired
• Proven project management ability that shows how to organize, find solutions, and follow through to a successful conclusion
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Demonstrated experience in Finance Operations
• International experience at a multinational organization a plus
• Proven project management ability that shows how to organize find solutions and follow through to a successful conclusion specifically using technology and building consensus across diverse teams
• Independent and entrepreneurial style showing the ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.


• Program manage key projects in the AR space working closely with the varied stakeholders.
Work with FinAuto teams to create a strong pipeline of features on the telephony project roadmap
Actively liaise with WW service center leadership teams to understand challenges faced on the telephony tools and work with required tech teams to implement solutions.
• Work with partner teams to provide goal updates in the required business reviews.
• Ability to work with the GAR SME team to write business requirement documents and respond to all open questions coming in from partner teams.
• Partner closely with the GAR SME team to act as the Service Center liaison got the transitions related to the Collection tools.
• Support the GAR SME teams on troubleshooting open questions during the launch testing phase.
• Ability to identify key projects in the Service Center space and support the Operations teams on automation opportunities.
• Work with the desired stakeholders for the annual goal setting and provide data driven analytics for appropriate prioritization.
• Work with the data analytics teams to create a robust pipeline of dashboards to automate reporting capabilities.
• Support hiring initiatives as required by the respective FinOps teams.
• Closely work with the service centers to drive adoption of the newly launched tools and report out any anomalies identified periodically.
