Qualifications:
- MBA/CA/CFA/CPA or equivalent qualification
Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder/Business Management:
- Knowledge Management
- Customer Relationship Management
- Process Improvements and Adherence
- Project Control, Management and Review / Program delivery
- Provide work direction and guidance to team members – ensure accuracy of the team, ability to operate under deadlines and work on multiple tasks
- Coach the team on qualitative aspects.
- Mentor it on best practices.
- Follow and actively foster a risk management culture within your team Raise and resolve issues with your line manager/HR/Legal &Compliance.
- Actively contribute to team initiative/meetings and present new thoughts/ideas.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Conduct performance appraisals for team members provide inputs for learning and career plans.
- Identify training needs of team members and provide coaching.
- Manage attrition and absenteeism.
- Support recruitment drives of the team.
