Responsibilities:
- Provides a ground solution approach for small to medium-sized pursuits.
- Understand the product/customer domain and his/ her requirements.
- Identifies new opportunities in existing clients by sharing point of views based on a clear
- Lead RFP response actively in terms of solution architecture and design, effort estimations, risks, and mitigation.
- Bring knowledge of the customer, business, domain/industry, and product within a given industry vertical or domain.
- Participate/Contribute to conferences with partners, analysts/vendors in the area of domain/technology expertise through active mindshare gain Webinars, White papers, speaking events, etc.
- Contribute to opportunity identification and provide inputs on enhancing/rationalization of existing capabilities and services.
- Responsible for client satisfaction, risk, and escalation management Understands client stakeholder expectations and guides the delivery team to successful implementation.
- Bring knowledge, understand trends in existing engagements, evaluate options in defined functional areas (solution architecture domain/technology/product/ infrastructure), and contribute to the annual business planning process.
- Contribute actively to the Knowledge Management repository by sharing Point of Views (POVs), white papers, blogs case studies, tools, process flows, and similar artifacts.
- Review, finalize, and manage the overall delivery of solution including business blueprint and design audits, supporting SMEs and consultants from a solution point of view.
- Keep track of industry trends and build/ Provide support in business cases for new solutions in EAS for new solution development in defined functional areas (domain/technology/product/ infrastructure).
