Qualification

Required:

• 3-5 years of experience in taxation with a strong focus on Indirect Tax and GST.
• Proven hands-on experience in preparing GST returns and related reconciliations.
• Experience in filing annual GST returns and handling GST assessments and audits.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory

 Preferred:

• Experience with process automation for tax-related activities.
• Prior experience in representation before GST Authorities and handling tax-related litigation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 GST Expertise:

• Demonstrate strong expertise in Indirect Tax and be proficient with the GST portal.
• Prepare various GST returns and perform GST-related reconciliations, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ISD, Cross Charge, and reconciliation with GSTR-2B.
• Responsible for filing Annual Return, including GSTR 9 and GSTR 9C.
• Assist internal and external teams with GST-related issues.

Regulatory Compliance:

• Review GST notices and prepare data for replies.
• Represent the company before GST Authorities and run tax assessments and audits.
• Review tax accounting, provisions, and litigation matters.

 Process Automation & Efficient System Use:

• Continuously automate processes to improve efficiency.
• Demonstrate efficiency in working with SAP for tax-related processes.
• Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth operations.
