Qualifications
- CA/Non CA with 4 years+ of Business Analyst with Direct Tax.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of the SDLC & Agile process
- Experience in Process definition and functional requirements documentation.
- Ability to deconstruct problem statements/ challenges into logical smaller chunks.
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Good communication and multiple stakeholder management skills
- Ability to exhibit corporate tax knowledge around technical tax domain concepts.
- Ability to handle the Business Analysis function i.e. ability to understand and elaborate functional concepts from an technology tool implementation point of view and document the same.
- Engage and explain the concepts / documentation to the technology development team.
- Liaise with the business team ( GBT Team – Corporate Tax).
