Qualification

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or significant experience in financial and accounting domains is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence for project management and collaboration is an advantage.
  • Strong expertise in delivering client-facing projects and managing client relationships.
  • Ability to independently drive Oracle Cloud implementations from inception to completion.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

  • Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation: Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Financials Cloud projects with a focus on AHCS and FAH.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling requirements gathering, solution design, and driving successful implementations.
  • Solution Design & Configuration: Develop and configure solutions within Oracle Financials, ensuring the integration and customization of AHCS and FAH modules align with client business processes.
  • Project Planning & Execution: Independently manage project deliverables, timelines, and resources, ensuring successful project execution.
  • Financial Expertise: Utilize strong financial and accounting knowledge, preferably as a CA, to advise clients on best practices and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Tool Utilization: Use tools like Jira for project tracking and Confluence for documentation and collaboration, ensuring project transparency and alignment.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress, key milestones, and potential challenges.
  • Client Training & Support: Provide post-implementation support and training to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of the Oracle Cloud solution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements and process improvements in the implementation of Oracle Financials, focusing on maximizing value for the client.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, with a specific focus on Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).
