The Dupont invited applications for the post Manager – Accounting.
Qualification
- Preferably, Chartered Accountant with overall 8+ years of experience, of which minimum 3-5 years of Team management experience.
- Would have worked in the fields of Core Accounting, Controls and exposure to some Global processes.
- Versatility and capability to handle multiple tasks and challenges.
- Good analytical skill and communication skills.
- Comfortable to work in shifts.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing of Global Pay and Benefits Accounting Process:
- Reviewing of Employee related liabilities accounting treatment
- Providing guidance to team on specific process/accounting queries.
- Holding discussions with various Regional Controllers/ Corporate Policy Teams, Strategic and Operational Leaders.
- Work with Internal/External auditors and ensure satisfactory audit planning and execution of the various aspects of Internal Controls activities within the team.
