Honeywell has invited applications for the post of Sr Finance Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Chartered Accountant/MBA with 5-8 years of experience in Accounting/Finance with proven track record of Commercial / Operations finance & Financial Planning & Analysis
• Hands on experience in the area of Financial planning & Analysis & experience
• Analytical capability, strong sense of urgency, challenges sales organization, identifies organizational weaknesses, identifies opportunities and drives action.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels with a geographically diverse team, irrespective of reporting lines
• Displays High Professional Integrity
• Ensures High system orientation / process adherence.
• Strong analytical skills to enable business decisions. Ability to apply sound judgment to business analysis and drive results within a cross-functional team.
• Excellent systems skills with SAP, Tableau, Hyperion, Microsoft office products and database applications.
• Demonstrates high Drive for Results, being comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• High customer focus with ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience working in a matrix organization

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Business partnering with Sales Manager/Leader across Fire & Security business executing on-sales quota commitments and growth targets.
• P&L reporting and Month-end activities
• Sales, orders and pipeline reporting
• Review of sales account plans by region and drive measurement and accountability to commitments monthly, Quarterly, and annually.
• Deploy measurement of sales coverage analysis to ensure sales force effectiveness
• Develop strong Commercial Finance organization and adopt critical analytics/digital culture to help drive decision making.
• Tracking and reporting Fixed and Variable costs and support and Decision Support Structure.
• Full P&L, Balance sheet, and FCF timely closing process with controllership. Ensure to comply to all Honeywell policies.
