Honeywell has invited applications for the post of Sr Finance Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant or MBA Finance
• 12-14 years’ experience in FP&A with some years’ experience in Supply Chain
• At least 6 years People management experience
• Good knowledge of ERP systems
• Presentation skills and Stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Accounting Policies/ US GAAP
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization
• Great Story Telling Skills – Ability to draw actionable insights from complex data
• Ability to lead cross cultural high performing BAP (FP&A) team of 20-30 people

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Strengthen BAP Partnership by driving key Business and Transformation projects for SBG / SBU / GBE Finance & Business Leadership team
• Partner with COE Leadership to enhance current process metrics & performance measurement system in line with Honeywell as well as, key industry practices
• Be an effective mentor to the team and drive analytics projects
• Build strong team by driving effective succession planning
• Drive Effective organization design through sustained and improved VOE Score and attrition reduction
• Implement process improvement plans by developing tools and other solutions with cross functional teams
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements which include driving efficiencies in the work area to speed up and improve the quality of output, by way of sharing best practices

SKILLS

• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
• Strong Financial, Problem Solving, Quantitative and Statistical Analysis Skills
• Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Python, ETL tools like Alteryx, Talent etc. are preferred
• Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work environment and requirements, work under pressure with sense of urgency, and meet tight deadlines
