Honeywell has invited applications for the post of Sr Finance Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant or MBA Finance
- 12-14 years’ experience in FP&A with some years’ experience in Supply Chain
- At least 6 years People management experience
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Presentation skills and Stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Accounting Policies/ US GAAP
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization
- Great Story Telling Skills – Ability to draw actionable insights from complex data
- Ability to lead cross cultural high performing BAP (FP&A) team of 20-30 people
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strengthen BAP Partnership by driving key Business and Transformation projects for SBG / SBU / GBE Finance & Business Leadership team
- Partner with COE Leadership to enhance current process metrics & performance measurement system in line with Honeywell as well as, key industry practices
- Be an effective mentor to the team and drive analytics projects
- Build strong team by driving effective succession planning
- Drive Effective organization design through sustained and improved VOE Score and attrition reduction
- Implement process improvement plans by developing tools and other solutions with cross functional teams
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements which include driving efficiencies in the work area to speed up and improve the quality of output, by way of sharing best practices
SKILLS
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
- Strong Financial, Problem Solving, Quantitative and Statistical Analysis Skills
- Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Python, ETL tools like Alteryx, Talent etc. are preferred
- Excellent organization, project management and time management skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing work environment and requirements, work under pressure with sense of urgency, and meet tight deadlines
