HP has invited applications for the post of Finance Automation and Analytics lead.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Chartered Accountant/ finance professional with 12 to 15 years of experience.
- Finance Domain knowledge in a large multinational industry is a must.
- Willingness to understand complex system and processes within the company.
- Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines.
- Techno functional capabilities, like awareness of using Power BI , RPA etc are added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, leadership and focused skills
- Experience in adopting new technology and initiatives to transform or innovative ways of performing the accounting and compliance process.
- Effective communicator with skills to sustain work environment towards accomplishment of organizational goals.
- Advanced skills in using SAP/S4 HANA
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate the BSR’s on a quarterly basis for the designated markets.
- Work with the data team to build and create models that allow better analytics of financial statements.
- Continue to improve upon the existing codes and projects to changing technology environment.
- Manage Multiple stakeholders through projects and BSR process.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the automation and digitization journey within controllership.
- Be a champion of change and digital adoption within markets controllership.
