Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the CRR and SLR requirements
- Manage day-to-day liquidity flows
- Maintain the fund position and the reserve requirements
- Design key treasury policies and processes
- Ensure the requirements related to RBI, external and internal stakeholders are adhered to
- Maintaining the fund position and Reserve requirements of the bank / Regulators
Qualifications:
- 7-12 years of experience in cash and treasury management
- CA or MBA in Finance from a Top Tier B School
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Understanding of banking instruments, procedures and dealing practices
- Knowledge of Treasury management systems
