Qualification

· Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

· Strong understanding of accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support in general ledger functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Support in month-end close process, ensuring all deadlines are met and financial data is accurate
  • Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, income statement analysis, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and other relevant accounting standards
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies and issues related to the general ledger.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and systems.
