The Tata Communications has invited applications for the position of Senior Manager –Finance.
Senior Manager will Drive Organization level Capital Plan aligned with Revenue & strategic plan, collaborating with the business for capex proposals, effective post-implementation & monitoring of projects, Co drive corrective actions with business to achieve targeted returns, provide support to the business in their functional reports for capex budget, Assets, depreciation for driving efficiency. Provide analysis in decision-making in all operational, financial, and strategic matters pertaining to Capital expenditure of the organization and driving optimum return on the assets.
Responsibilities:
- Driving Capital Plan of the company
- May independently conduct activities such as business case creation, preparation & analysis of financials etc
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of capital expenditures
- Monitor actual project performance indicators, highlighting trends, analyzing causes of unexpected variance as against the target return, Instituting Early warning systems on large investment cases.
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports.
- Implement and work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports.
- Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROCE
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
- Prepare presentations to the Board of Directors and Senior Management Team.
Qualifications:
- CA/ MBA with telecom Engineering.
- 6 to 8 years experience in Financial Analysis Planning Role especially Capex controller role.
- Expert Knowledge in MS-Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in Budgeting &, Forecasting Technique.
- Knowledge in SAP.
- Good team player
- Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressures
