The Wells Fargo has invited applications for the post of Financial Accounting Associate Manager.

Qualifications

• Qualified Professional CA/CPA/MBAwith 12+ years of experience in Reconciliations (General ledger & Bank) & Transaction processing.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience, directly supervising staff.
• Ability to work in changing priorities and deadlines both independently and within team environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis.
• Ability to lead in a team environment and across all organizational levels, Superior project management skills including the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations.
• Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used to: plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of complex business problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage & monitor the entity’s financial ledgers and bank reconciliations are accurate ensuring compliance with the Accounting standards & regulatory requirements.
• Provide remediation support, consultation and subject matter expertise for process and internal control remediation efforts.
• Lead implementation of complex projects and/or initiatives impacting multiple lines of business across the enterprise.

• Develop and build strong relationships and effective communication processes with customers, partners and stakeholders.
• Critical assessment of corrective actions to ensure accurate root cause analysis addressing strategic solutioning and leading to a sustainable solution.

• Serve as a key change agent in building/adopting best practices for continuous improvement of the control environment.
• Provide functional advice or training to junior accounting positions.
