Qualifications
- MBA / Post graduate University degree in the field of business administration, finance, or information systems
- Proven experience in taking the lead on functional and technical Reporting requirements analysis, elicitation, modelling, verification, and methodology development
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative, distributed and global environment
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (MS Excel / Power Point / Visio)

Responsibilities:
- Strong experience of playing Principal Business Analyst roles for global clients helping with delivery of Data & Analytics / BI / Reporting / Visualization / Data Science / GenAI / Analytics engagements & programs
- Collaborates with project sponsors / business heads / stakeholders to determine program scope and define scope boundaries for Data & Analytics programs / strategic & transformation initiatives
- Leads the team of Business Analysts / Data Analysts and works with key business SMEs / application owners / client stakeholders to elicit, analyse, define & document business requirements
- Acts as a lead BA to drive workshops and interviews with key business users to define business architecture & functional requirements / KPIs / Metrics. Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize requirements.
- Analyses and verifies requirements and test scenarios / test cases for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility and conformity to standards specific to the Technology stack being used for delivering the requirements.
- Develops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
- Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, semantic data models and charts to provide direction to developers / testers and/or the project team.
- Assists with the articulation of customer requirements into feasible business architecture options driven by the Data & Analytics tech stack used for delivering the requirements and communicates them back to the business stakeholders.
