The Central Board of Direct Taxes, Ministry of Finance through a recent notification, made a significant amendment in the Income Tax rules, mandating details of the Authors/Founders/Trustees/ Managers including Name, Addrees and Permanent Account Number(PAN) in Form No. 10A.
The recent Amendment may be called as the Income-tax (20thAmendment) Rules, 2016.
The amendment shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
