CBDT to Share Information with State Police Agencies of 6 States through NATGRID platform [Read Notification]

The Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) notified that the nodal officers of 6 states will be shared with the information through the National Intelligence Grid (NATGRID) platform.

The Central Government specified the Nodal officers of the 6 State Police Agencies namely Assam Police, Chhattisgarh Police, Punjab Police, Uttar Pradesh Police, West Bengal Police, and Delhi Police for the purposes of the said clause in connection with sharing of information through National Intelligence Grid (NATGRID) platform.

In case of Assam Police, the Nodal officer appointed is Additional Director General of Police (STF), Assam Police.

In case of Chhattisgarh Police, the Nodal officer appointed is Additional Inspector General (Int), Chhattisgarh PoliceAdditional Inspector General (Int), Chhattisgarh Police.

In case of  Punjab Police, the Nodal officer appointed is Inspector General of Police (Counter Intelligence), Punjab Police.

In case of  Uttar Pradesh Police, the Nodal officer appointed is Additional Director General of Police (Law & Order), UP Police

In case of West Bengal Police the Nodal officer appointed is Inspector General of Police (CID), West Bengal Police.

In case of  Delhi Police the Nodal officer appointed is Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime), Delhi Police.
