The Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) today notified the modes of verification for the purpose of Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Rule.
The CGST Rule is already notified by the Government today. As per the notification, the Rules are applicable from 22nd June, 2017.
As per the present notification, Aadhaar based Electronic Verification Code (EVC) or Bank account based One Time Password are essential for verification purpose under the CGST Rules.
