The Central Board of Excise and Customs (CBEC) notified the remaining CGST Rules which applicable from 1st July 2017.
The Rules relating to Invoice, Anti-profiteering, E-Way Bills, Returns, Tax Invoice, Credit and Debit Notes, Accounts and Records, Payment of Tax, Refund, Advance Ruling, Appeals and Revisions, Transitional Provisions, Determination of Value of Supply etc are notified.
Earlier, some of the provisions of the CGST Rules were notified by the Government with effect from 22nd June 2017.
