The Board empowered under section 28EA of the Customs Act, 1962 notified the appointment of Commissioner (Customs Authority for Advance Rulings) to function as Customs Authority for Advance Rulings, at Delhi and Mumbai, respectively.
The notification will come into force from 23rd October, 2020.
