The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) on Tuesday extended data of transition under Goods and Service Tax (GST) of Daman & Diu & Dadra & Nagar Haveli till July 31, 2020.
The Central Government empowered under Section 148 of Central Goods and Service Tax (CGST) Act, 2017 the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), dated March 21, 2020, published in the Gazette of India.
In the notification, in the first paragraph for figures letters and words 31 May 2020 will be substituted by July 31, 2020.
This notification shall come into force with effect from the 31st day of May 2020.
