Flipkart is hiring CA qualifiers for the role of Senior Manager at their Bangalore location. Candidates with 9 to 11 years of relevant work experience are required.

Job Descriptions

The team is responsible for Enterprise Risk Management and Ethics investigations across Flipkart Group companies (Flipkart, Instakart, Jeeves, F1, Myntra, and PhonePe). The business sectors are primarily e-Commerce, B2B, the marketplace, logistics, warehousing, prepaid instruments, UPI, repairs, and installation services.

As Senior Manager in Ethics investigations, you will lead the ethics investigations allocated to the team for investigation. You will oversee all case investigations starting from preparation of approach to carrying out investigation including subject interviews, preparation of the report, de-brief, management of MIS reports, etc. on a timely basis and with the highest quality. You will ensure team members are adequately trained and are optimally used. You will take up any additional tasks as required from time to time as per Functions’ / Organizational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and oversees the ethics investigation program by ensuring all reported cases from across Flipkart Group are addressed in a timely manner, consistent with global governance expectations and mandates, as well as proactively develops company-specific tools/processes to further improve and enhance case handling to meet or exceed established KPIs and business needs.
  • Responsible for managing Ethics investigations, working closely with HR, senior leadership, and legal to drive the process and ensure the timely conclusion of cases.
  • Responsible for developing, monitoring, and reporting on the company’s case management metrics and trends ensuring the proactive engagement of the appropriate stakeholders to identify process gaps and potential solutions.
  • Promotes an environment that reinforces the highest standards of ethics and integrity; including the interpretation of Flipkart’s Statement of Ethics/Code of Conduct to ensure that recommended actions/behaviors are consistent and aligned with core beliefs and values.

Skills and Qualification required

  • Excellent subject interviewing skills
  • Excellent eye for detail in terms of conceptualization and data analytics around fraud risks
  • CA qualified
  • Internationally recognized certification, such as CFE (desirable)
  • 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Ethics investigation, Fraud, Employee misconduct, etc.
  • High people management, written and communication skills
  • Qualified Chartered Accountant / Graduate / Post Graduate
  • MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, advanced Excel)
