The Genpact has invited applications for the post of Assistant Manager FP&A.
Responsibilities:
- Financial planning for assigned businesses i.e. Revenue, HC, C&B, other costs etc.
- Monthly financial closings
- Coordinating with businesses for monthly forecasting
- Monitoring of budget vs actuals
- Monthly variance reporting
- Control over key business drivers
- Publishing financial reports to Genpact Leadership
- Lead operating reviews
- Submission of financials to Genpact Corporate Finance team
Qualifications:
- Chartered accountant
- Work experience background required
- Financial Planning and Analysis, Consulting, Corporate planning, Business Finance
- FP&A exposure, Communication Skills, Influencing Skills & Proficient knowledge of excel very important
