Job Description
- To ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly accounts.
- To ensure timely compliance under various statutes, Service Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT and LWF
- To assist/ handle and facilitate internal, statutory Audit
- Proactive coordination with various Regional function heads and business head on Accounts closures, issues etc.
- Proactive involve in the implementation of Accounting software in the company, ensure effective training
- members and integration with other software, expert knowledge in ERP preferably Oracle
- Preparation of accounts schedules and MIS on a weekly and monthly basis
- Team management of the regional team, training
- To ensure accuracy in accounting in fixed asset software
- To ensure all payments are made as per the company policy and process
- Visiting branches to monitor accounting activities and processes
- Having a good understanding and hands-on experience of Accounts, and Finalization, handling Audits and related coordination and experience in working in an automated environment ( Financial Accounting software ).
- Ability to work proactively with people at different levels as also coordinate across various departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / MS Office & Presentations
