Job Descriptions
- Accurately review and process vendor invoices
- Perform data entry associated with accounts payable.
- Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
- Review and process the traveling expenses of employees.
- Address and respond to vendor inquiries
- Charges expenses to G/L’s and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense & recording entries.
- Ensures proper payment terms booked to vendors while MIRO posting.
- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
- Booking petty cash by recording entry and verifying documentation.
- Reporting of RCM invoices for Domestic Vendors.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
