The UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited is hiring Company Secretary in the grade of Vice President(Officer Grade) on a regular basis. Candidates with 12 years of relevant work experience with a medium or large-sized reputable organization are required. There is only one vacancy available.

UTI Infrastructure Technology And Services Limited (UTIITSL) is a Government Company under section 2(45) of the Companies Act 2013, registered under the Companies Act 1956 and well established since 1993, and is majorly contributing with state-of-the-art technology and outsourcing services to the financial and government sectors of India.

They are one of the largest Financial Service Providers in India, as a SEBI registered Permanent Category-1 Registrar to an Issue and Share Transfer Agent, offering R&T services to the investors of Mutual Fund AMCs, Bond/Deposit/shareholders of Corporate and Financial Institutions.

UTIITSL is presently an active Mutual Fund Distributor impaneled with various Mutual Fund houses. We play a pivotal and valuable role in promoting the sale of Mutual Funds by facilitating buying and selling of units of Mutual Funds by investors.

Qualifications Required: C.S., Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India

Skill Set Required

• Candidate should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
• Additional Qualification of a Degree in Law from a Recognized University will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provisions of Companies Law and rules made thereunder and other statutes and bye-laws of the Company.
• To prepare the agenda of the Board and various committee meetings of the Company. · To assist the Board / other Committees to draft the minutes.
• Ensuring filing of various forms of returns under the statute.
• Coordinating with top management.
• Secretarial duties and record-keeping in accordance with statutory requirements and etc.

Maximum Age required as on 01.06.2020: 50 years

Basic scale offered (*) – 34800-3700- 49600 CTC offered Rs. 7,77,912/- to Rs. 10,80,420/-

MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience relevant to the post for which the application has been made will only be counted.
• All Educational qualifications, Graduation / Post Graduation shall be a regular course (full time) and from an Institution recognized by the Government of India.
• Candidates must possess the prescribed post qualification experience as on 01.06.2020
