Company Secretary Vacancy in SDCL

The Sagarmala Development Company Limited has invited application for the post of Company Secretary.

The Government of India has formed a special purpose vehicle (SPV), Sagarmala Development Company Ltd. (SDCL), as a public limited company under Companies Act, 2013 to achieve the objectives of Sagarmala Programme and fast-track the implementation of the port-led development initiatives.

Available Vacancy:

• Company Secretary – 01

Qualification:

• Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Or
• Degree in Law shall be preferred Or
• CA (Inter)/ICWAI(Inter)/ M.Com or Equivalent shall be preferred.

Experience:

• at least 10 years of post-qualification experience, of working as a Company Secretary in a reputed organization.

Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.
