The Regulation seeks to amend the Competition Commission of India (Procedure in regard to the transaction of business relating to combinations) Regulations, 2011.
In the Competition Commission of India (Procedure in regard to the transaction of business relating to combinations) Regulations, 2011, in Schedule II, in Form I paragraph number 5.7 shall be omitted.
Paragraph number 5.7 pertains to Non-compete obligation, if any Duration, scope in terms of persons, product(s)/ service(s) and territory(ies) and corresponding justification.
