MCA Launches User Awareness Sessions on Annual Filings via V3 Portal: ICSI Shares Venue List [Read Order]

A nation-wide series of educational seminars has been launched by the Ministry ofCorporate Affairs (MCA) in an announcement dated May 28, 2025, with the goal of ensuring an effortless switch to the new Annual Filing e-Forms on the MCA-21 Version 3 (V3) site.

These seminars are designed to provide stakeholders, especially corporate professionals, with a practical understanding of the revamped filing process and ensure a seamless user experience.

The seminar series will commence on 4th June 2025 in Kolkata, popularly known as the City of Joy. Following this, the second seminar will be held on 9th June in Ahmedabad, specifically catering to corporate professionals.

The third session is scheduled for 10th June in Mumbai, India’s Financial Capital, while the fourth seminar will be organized in Delhi on 11th June. The fifth session will take place on 13th June at the ICSI-CCGRT premises in Hyderabad, and the sixth and final seminar of this series is scheduled for 14th June 2025 in Chennai.

A comprehensive schedule and details of the seminars have been provided in Annexure-I attached to the official notification. In order to get acquainted with the new system and help the government's overall goal of promoting the "Ease of Doing Business" in India, the Ministry has called on experts from all over the nation to engage in large numbers.
