CSEET Fees paid for August 2020 will Carry Forward to November 2020: ICSI

In view of the continuing health crisis in the country due to spread of COVID-19 Pandemic, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India(ICSI) has decided to grant the benefit of carrying forward the credit of Company Secretaries Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) fee paid by the candidates for the August 2020 session to November 2020 session.

The 1^st CSEET is scheduled to be held on Saturday, 29^th August 2020. As the situation is still unpredictable in many parts of the country, some of the candidates enrolled for CSEET to be held on the scheduled date send requests to carry forward the credit of CSEET fee to November 2020 session of session due to the following reasons.

1. Nonavailability of Desktop/laptop/nonavailability of webcams at desktops or other technical requirements.
2. Candidates residing in containment zones/ Red zones do not have access to cyber cafes
3. Internet-related issues
4. Some candidates are stuck far from their home and do not have access to the basic requirements to appear in the test

To facilitate such candidates, the Institute had decided to grant the benefit of carrying forward the credit of CSEET fee paid by the candidates for the August 2020 session to the November 2020 session.

Candidates who are willing to avail this benefit are directed to submit a declaration in a prescribed format latest by 14th August 2020. 

The registration of the candidate for the August 2020 session of CSEET will be cancelled once the declaration is submitted. The enrolment of the candidate will be redirected to be scheduled for November 2020 session of CSEET. Once the declaration is submitted, no request for its change/ revocation will be accepted by the Institute.
