The Customs Brokers Licensing Examination for the year 2024 is slated to take place on March 19, 2024. The detailed information about the examination, including the online written test, can be found in the official advertisement published in national newspapers on August 23, 2023.

To provide further insights, the examination will consist of both written and oral components. The pattern for the written and oral examinations is outlined as follows:

The written examination is designed as a Computer Based Examination featuring Multiple Choice Questions. Notably, the questions will be presented in a bilingual format, encompassing both English and Hindi.

Candidates are afforded the flexibility to choose their preferred language for responding, allowing them to opt for either English or Hindi as per their comfort.

The individuals who successfully pass the written examination are required to participate in the oral examination, as stipulated by Regulation 6 of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2018, with any relevant amendments. It is essential to note that the pass percentage for qualifying in the oral examination has been set at 60%.
