The Delhi Government notified the appointment of the 7 class of GST officers for purposes of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
The Lt. Governor of National Capital Territory of Delhi, is pleased to appoint the various class of officers for purposes of the Delhi Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 and confer upon them the power of the respective post against which they are appointed under the said Act, with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the respective posts as the case may be, so long as they hold such post in the Department of Trade and Taxes.
The post notified are of Special Commissioners of State Tax, Additional Commissioners of State Tax, Joint Commissioners of State Tax, Deputy Commissioners of State Tax, Assistant Commissioners of State Tax, Goods and Service Tax Officers, and Goods and Service Tax Inspectors.
